Information processed when you visit the website
Our web server may record technical information required to deliver and protect the website. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and response status. Server logs are used to maintain availability, diagnose errors, prevent misuse and investigate security incidents. They are not combined with information submitted through a form for advertising purposes.
Contact and application forms
When you contact us through a website form, we process the information you provide, such as your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, company details, location and message. Job applications may also contain information about nationality, professional experience, an attached CV or supporting document and other details you choose to submit.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare requested transport services, communicate about employment opportunities and take steps requested before entering into a contract. Required fields are marked in each form. Without them, we may be unable to process the request.
Cookies and consent preferences
The website uses a consent-management cookie to remember the categories selected in the cookie banner. This cookie is necessary to preserve your choice. Optional scripts classified as functionality, tracking or targeting are blocked until the relevant consent is given.
You can accept, reject or customize optional categories and change your decision at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. You may also remove stored cookies through your browser settings.
No production analytics platform is currently active. The website contains a temporary tracking-category test script that runs only after the tracking category is accepted and does not transmit analytics data. This policy must be updated when that test is replaced with a measurement service.
Google reCAPTCHA
Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. When a protected form is displayed or used, Google may process technical information such as the IP address, browser and device data, interaction information and existing Google cookies. This processing helps protect the forms and website from spam and attacks. Google acts under its own privacy terms.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, or your consent for optional cookies and scripts. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data may be made available only to authorized employees and service providers who support website hosting, security, e-mail delivery or form protection, and only to the extent necessary for their work. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or a competent authority. Some providers, including Google, may process information outside the European Economic Area under safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle the relevant request, protect our legal rights and meet statutory retention duties. Technical and organizational safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. Internet transmission can never be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you may also contact us by telephone.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, you may request:
- confirmation whether we process your personal data and access to that data;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- erasure or restriction of processing;
- data portability where applicable;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdrawal of consent at any time; and
- the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact info@unitrans-bohemia.cz. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We do not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, processing activities or legal requirements change. Last updated: 19 August 2026.
